Making friends with your customers

It has been a long time since I joined Century team. During these periods, I met several customers but got any order from them. Owen said it might make customers feel uncomfortable for the rigidity of my email messages. Actually, it was true. I was misunderstood by a customer Giovani that I was pressing him to place the order with us. Of Course I couldn’t get any feedback from him. I think what’s most important is the sales staff’s attitude towards the customers. As a salesman, we should know what we are doing is to help our customers get what they want, not just get orders from them!
Above all else, we should try to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Human aren't perfectly logical creatures - if someone likes you, they're more likely to buy from you, regardless of the price you offers. Be friendly, charming, and open with your customer. Give her peace of mind., You should try to provide whatever your customer is looking for. When it comes to convincing a reluctant customer to make a purchase, flowery, glowing praise for your product or service is only going to get you so far. To get the customers on your side, you should present your customers how the product you’re selling will make their lives better. Whether it will save them money and time, give them peace of mind, or simply make them feel good, make sure your customer understands exactly how the item you're selling benefits him in practical terms.
I am eager to get an order from every customer! But when I was talking or writing to my customers, I should make them feel comfortable and improve my service. He wants to cooperate with you when your customer likes you and treat you as his friends.
Now, Giovani, Mario, Robin Saxon, are still keep in contact with us. I will change my way to follow them and try to make friends with them. I think the orders won’t be too far from me. Just do it!
