Sand Beach Music Festival

Century Mosaic is a young and dynamic company.We are specialized in marble,mosaic,slabs more than 10 years. We held our the half-year project report on june 27,2015 at Qingdao Sankt Valentin Hotel. This video shows all members of century mosaic. Because our QC colleagues has been working in Yixing, Xiamen and other regions, there is little chance of our entire team all together, so we very much cherish the opportunity to get along with my colleagues. Our photographer takes photos of all our members in front of the hotel.Everyone has a smile on his face.Then each department takes photos with idea slogan and action. We held a sand beach party after meeting.It's the first time to see the sea for many QC members.They are running, chasing and playing on the beach.They take off their shoes, playing at the beach, let the water wet his trousers, enjoy this brief leisure time. Delicious Fish

Shally, one of our colleagues, is preparing to cook the fish for us. From this video, we can see that she makes a elaborative preparation. All kinds of condiments are made by her own hands. Absolutely We are a team, other co-workers also give her a hand. We believe that team’s strength is greater than the individual. She is professional and dedicated. Although there are gorgeous fireworks, she still focus on what she is doing. She knows which condiments need to be put into wok and the time to put into fish and water. This is a lengthy process, but she keeps the concentration all the time. We are all identify with it that staying focused is a necessary condition for success. This is also CENTURY’S philosophy. Through her devoted eyes, we could expect the delicious food. In the same way, You also could expect more if you choose us.

Beach BBQ from CENTURY

In century, we are not only colleagues, but also friends and family. After work, we also enjoy our lives. In the process of barbecue, everyone has his own work. Some people were responsible for making fire. Some people prepare fruits and some others are responsible for roasting meat. Everyone is in an orderly way and the beach is full of laughter. Our company’s cooperation and unity is not only reflected on processing business. In daily life, we also are willing to helping colleagues and sharing. Under the influence of this corporate culture, we work happily and live pleasant lives. When the night falls, the barbecue is going on. The sea breeze is blowing. We listen to the sound of sea, chatting and eating. Although some meat is burnt and some meat is salty, we enjoy it and everyone is smiling.

Training Together

We would take notice of one sentence that entering the top ten of mosaic industry in ten years when we open interior office website of Century’s Mosaic. This is our goal and we would make great efforts constantly, make progress constantly and improve ourselves and Century for it. There are some problems in the past six months such as lower compliance rate of delivery time, imperfect product design and so on. We try our best to find the root of the problem that our implementation capacity is imperfect. To solve this problem, we invite the training teacher, spending half a day and recall all QC supervisors. The whole company including all the team work together and go ahead together. Of course, everything that we have done is for the sake of becoming stronger, serving our customers better and entering the top 10 of the stone industry.

A large number of lovely youngsters , filled of passion and energy , are actively preparing to join the game that coming from Running Man ,“ nametag ripping battle” . When the judge-Mrs. Yan announces the rules , everyone listens carefully. Because only you know the rules very well, can you lead your team to be champion. Before starting to enjoy the game, we help to attach the name brand on the backside each other and discuss how to fight against others . “Ready,go! ” All of us begin to are engaged in the game ,no matter you are a girl or a boy. We all are soldiers ,trying our best to win in the war. Run, everybody! No matter who you are, we are come from Century Team. Everyone is the champion of our own life.

Refreshed sea breezes, cool beer and delicious barbecue, all of these make us forget the tired and annoying smoke, and just enjoy the happy brought by delicious food freely. After a whole afternoon’s out door activities, they still keep smile though some of them really tired. Why? They played nametag ripping game. Although feel tired, but the spirit of trying best is just what we are pursuing, and it bring us endless happiness. Every one in Century team joined and enjoyed the activity just like a family, including the QC colleagues who working in the factory. We value and thank those happy time. Maybe you can’t understand what I’m talking about. But the smile is our common language. I believe you can feel our joy just as I do.
