Firstly, I put the introductory mail on the top. I have divided my potential customers into five groups with every five customers in one group, and then I will send the introductory mail to each group every three days. I will introduce different forms of our main products, surface finished and packages to them. I want to send our idea to them, I want to let them remember us. I am still waiting a chance which can make our customer moved.
Secondly, I record the video about our oriental white marble big slab. I introduced the oriental white marble big slab from three aspects and I have showed our colleagues this video and everyone pointed out the improvements to me. Then I have started to modify my PPT and re-record the video once again. Although there are still a lot of deficiencies in my PPT and video, I have improved my production knowledge from this experience, I appreciate everyone who has watched this video and pointed out its shortcomings. So I can learn a lot from them and I will improve myself from that.
In a word, we must use our knowledge and skills into our work. We think with the brain and feel with the heart our heart when we follow up with our customers. If you want to do something, just do it, don’t waste your time.
