We Do Business With Customers,But We Also Make Friends With Them.

Last month a Belgium customer visited our Qingdao office. We gave him a warm welcome in the cold winter.
Johnny, as the representative, picked up the customer at his hotel with the driver. He also introduced Qingdao’s beautiful scenery and showed him the  places of interest, such as May Forth Square, Polar Ocean World and so on. The Belgium friend showed great interest in Qingdao. He said Qingdao is an attractive city with friendly people.

When we arrived at the office, the colleagues in the office all stood up to greet the friend. Then we started discussing business with the Belgium friend. We prepared all the samples the customer wanted and showed our great sincerity. The entire process showed our warmth and premium service, such as providing perfume coffee with milk according to the customer’s requirements.

Johnny, as the representative, wrote down all the details of the information of the customer’s requirements. As for the samples that the customer liked, we promised to make them as soon as possible.
After the business meeting, we carefully chose a western restaurant and invited the customer to have dinner. The Belgium friend said he was flattered and very happy to meet with us in our office.
The above actions made the discussion harmonious, friendly and warm.
