Falling In Love With You

The process of following up with a customer is like falling in love with someone. At first, they may not be interested in us. Of course we can not give up even though you were refused in the beginning. We need to keep on contacting them, sending them our new products, showing them our advantages, etc. Of course doing this is not enough. No one will love someone who only treats himself well. If love only happens on one side, that does not work. We need to make our customer fall in love with us. We work hard to think what they think, feel what they feel, and care about what they care about. No one will remain unmoved.
Besides, we need to get feedback from the customer. As long as you love each other, you need to know each other well, so you can feel the emotion between you and them. As the time goes by, our customers feel our sincerity and heart, and they may start to contact us. After we know each other well, we soon start doing business.
From my side, doing business should be both serious and harmonious. The contacting parties should respect each other’s perspective, continuing on with the same goal. In the end, they will realize a win-win scenario.
I am Megan. I look forward to starting our “love journey”. ^_^
