When the order went into production, she told me she was more concerned with the package details, as she once received one crate which was damaged. It is bad news for her to lose so much. We packed the products carefully. We even made a special crate to pack some marble slabs. I sent all the detailed photos to her. What's more, we prepared many free samples for her. She said that everything looks absolutely PERFECT. I was excited to help her realize her dream. I am happy to communicate with her every time. We sent a Christmas card to her. She also sent me a card with a photo of her and her husband. " You've been wonderful to work with!!", said Mrs. Ella.
