I would like to say something about the process of following up with customers. Before the customers send us an inquiry, I learned about the marble mosaic and tile, the size, the treatment surface and the mosaic’s productive process. Everyday, our colleagues teach me how to study and distinguish the different materials, how to contact customers, how to write emails to be more clear and succinct. With the help of my CENTURY family, I gradually learned every detail about the materials of the products and became more and more self-confident. So when I met the first customer from the inquiry from Alibaba, I started to follow him according to what Johnny taught me. I confirmed with customers about the vein of marble mosaic, the size and the quantity he needed so that I could give him a competitive price. I also recommend to customers which pattern is better for his bathroom, or which marble tile looks better for decorating his restaurant. In this process I learned how to think for customers and how to help them feel more comfortable.
Think what the customers think, do what others can’t.
