Century Mosaic- The Professional Mosaic Manufacturer: The Quality Consciousness of Century Mosaic

It was the fourth year after I joined Century Stone. At the beginning, I learned the material, production and QC in our factory. What impressed me most was everyone’s quality consciousness.
One day, I was seeing around beside the production line. Two workers were cutting the tiles from slabs. I found they placed the tiles in three different places. Then I asked them, “why do you do this?”They explained to me that some tiles had the problems on the surface or edges. It will be more clearly for their maintenance later. They could not put these problematic tiles with finished products according to the company’s rules. During the production, I always saw our production director and QC team checking the processing all the time. They also discuss how to control the quality of products.
Another time, what shocked me was packaging process. One day, our QC and packaging team were carrying out an urgent task for packaging four shipping containers. Our QC team picked out around 50 pcs problematic tiles. Finally, there were 9 pcs not enough for last crate. Then they informed this situation to our production director immediately and advised our workers to produce another 20 pcs. I remembered it was 1:00 am when they finished all crates packaging. Then all four containers were shipped out 6 hours later.
Now, as the employees of Century Stone, we become friends. I believe our team for production, QC, logistics will provide first-class service. They can not only well deal with the affairs in terms of production, quality control, documents and shipment, but also consider the quality for the benefit of the customers.
I loved this team so much.
