How do we produce hexagonal mosaic?

Marble, a symbol of noble, nature, fashion and luxury. Marble hexagon mosaic is a reflection of the aesthetic visual feast. However, how is the marble hexagon mosaic produced?
The first step: selecting and shaping the material of block(raw material);
People in Stone industry called the appearance of irregular blocks as gross lump material. These experienced QC determine the internal quality of gross lump materials according to appearance and texture by shaping and cutting off the bottom surface to fix stone.
The second step: cutting the block into split slab;
Shaped blocks is placed on the saw bench. Here is a leverage monolithic saw (Gou Touju) used to cut small blocks. Meanwhile, cool water will be continuous sprinkled on it.
The third step: cutting split slabs into half-finished specified plate.
Leverage monolithic saw cuts blocks into thin specified plates in order to cut mosaic strip plates easily. The strip plates can also be leftover plates or thin sheet sorting.
The fourth step: thicknessing and polishing half-finished specified plate.
Half-finished specified plates need to be polished with a uniform thickness upon requirements. Generally, it is about 1 cm. Then they will be polished by a polishing machine.
The fifth step: cutting and decomposing thin plate into small pieces
Workers will cut those thin plates in thickness and polish surface into strips to make a variety of chips with different shapes and sizes.

The sixth step: netting, gluing and airing
Those qualified particles will be put into the mold, and then be rubbed with brush glue on the fiber mesh to enclosed plastic film for drying.
The seventh step: testing, packing and shipping
Inspecting the mosaic after drying, and using the paper box to prevent from any damage.

An art mosaic creates an original image or a pattern from small pieces of marble. The arrangement becomes an art to decor your house.
