This is still about my customer from France. After I quoted the items he chose during the Xiamen Stone Fair, he sent me many design ideas. I almost forget the exact quantity, maybe 25 different designs. I almost went crazy when he told me he needed those designs in three days! Because our Design Department was already crazy busy the Coverings during that period, they would have to work over time until late night if we wanted to finish this project! Finally, we made it! Our design team is so outstanding and professional, they designed the drawings and effect pictures, and of course by working over time! I felt guilty when I saw them still working for this project at 10:00 pm, and I was so happy when my customer told me that his customer was attracted by these designs! I think my comrades have got what they do like!

If you think this is the ending of this story, then you are wrong! Except the designs, my customer need quotation and samples! Maybe you think the quotation is so easy for us, but don’t forget, there are more than 30 items totally in different materials and different patterns. We have to collect the cost of materials, the cost of technology, the cost of packing, and the cost of land freight for each item! I only have few time to collect all the costs, and organize the quotation. But to be honest, I didn’t feel pressured, because I know so many colleagues in my back, and they are the best comrades! They never let me down, and of cause they made it this time! They gave me the detailed costs of each items, and I organized the quotation in a very short time! Samples? Oh, yes, I almost forget it. But I think I have to tell you this story in next time, because the samples are just started!
