It is a short story between my customer and I. This is a new customer, we met at the Xiamen Stone Fair. My first impression of him was that he is very tall and handsome. He told us he is interested in some of our products, and hoped we would send him a quotation. Of course, we agreed. I was preparing the answers to many different questions in my mind, but in the end he left with no words. I thought maybe he is just interested in our products, but doesn’t really need them. We were so busy during the Fair that we almost never went to bed before 1AM. The first day I got back to my office, I received an email from this customer. He sent some pictures of the product he chose, and required quotation. To be honest, it was a little unexpected for me. I realized I made a mistake- I shouldn’t give up a customer when I haven't even tried. I confirmed the details, collected the quotation and sent it to him for the first time! He seemed satisfied with my reply, and sent me some designs, hoping we can help him with those designs. Of course I agreed because I knew our design team is so good at it! This is not the end of our story. On the contrary, I think it’s just the beginning!
I think I should thank my decision to become a salesperson, because it is this job that gives me so many chances to be the heroine in the stories with so many different customers!
