Tired but Happy-A Record of Xiamen Stone Fair

On the 11th of the lunar January, when people were still immersed in the cheery atmosphere of the Spring Festival, more than twenty siblings of Century got on a coach bus and went to Xiamen directly.
Could I use the word “unprecedented” to describe it? More than twenty people rented a bus to participate in a stone fair. For a foreign business company, this was definitely a big business. Its aim was to get practice and gain experience rather than felling.
Casting the northern winter aside, we were excited and bumpy all the way, and then we hugged the cool and refreshing air of southern early summer. After we took a bath and enjoyed the romantic coastal cottage for a night, we came to Xiamen International Exposition Center.
The arrangement for the fair was all manual labor, especially setting up the display rack. But we were all collaborative and not afraid of hardship and being tired. We made full use of every minute and worked all the way until ten o’clock, even though that day was the Lantern Festival. We just wanted to make the display more beautiful and make the details better. After that, we came back to the hotel at midnight. We sat together and ate sweet dumplings, and all of our tiredness was gone. Maybe it was also a very meaningful and impressive Lantern Festival for me because I stayed with colleagues of Century, even at midnight, even at such a far distance.
Xiamen stone fair was an international and comprehensive one. A lot of merchants from our home country and abroad visited and purchased here. The energetic salesmen were eager to show their products. Even though at the very beginning some salesmen were afraid and short of experience, they got into a groove gradually and earned the appreciation of a few hundred merchants by their fluent expression and active approach. Though very tired, everyone showed a smile on their face.
With a full harvest, both joyful and tired, we set out to go back. We earned favor and got orders, but still had a lot of things to do after we went back. Bless all the families, let’s strive and gain the harvest. We wish Century can become greater year by year.
