Our qc colleagues are very busy as they are involved in every aspect of every process, from the initial selection of blocks, following up with the production process, and then finally checking the quality of each piece with other pieces , including colors, joints, chips, etc. In order to keep strict quality control, they live near the factory for a long time, far away from their families, for about two or three months before returning to their home for a few days.
Before designing a new product , our design team must consider a lot of things , such as the popular color of the season , customer preferences in different regions, and the characteristics of each material that will be used in their designs. We also provide customers with CAD drawings. Because of the customer location and time difference , some customers need CAD drawings quickly, so our CAD designers even work until midnight to meet customer demands.
When our sales workers come into our company,they first must study our products carefully. Only when they have professional product knowledge are they able to provide customers with professional services. Besides, good service requires swift action. Sometimes, contacting our customers by email will take too long to solve their problems. When this happens, in order to solve the issue before the customer goes to bed, our salespeople often get up during the night to call the customer, communicating with them how to solve their problems.
Our good service in connection with many people's efforts is our standard. In each of our respective positions we all pay a lot of effort. We only want every customer that works with us to be assured that by cooperating with us, they can get better service.
