I want to bring to your attention the "outstanding customer service" of your employee, Johnny Xu. Johnny has been so very kind & wonderful to work with, the entire time we were preparing my order, that is just now shipping out. He is patient and professional, in every sense of the words!
My designs for this order were a bit complicated, and Johnny continued to help me with product options and design possibilities to meet my clients needs, and come up with workable solutions. He emailed me daily, and usually more than once…he stayed on top of the process, continually, never missing a single detail the entire time. He is VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB!!! The end result is perfect! And my customers and I, both, are so extremely happy!
I will be using both Johnny and your company for all my orders. I have many projects.
