Second, this was my first inquiry from Alibaba. At that time , I had just at our company and only knew about mosaic tiles. Also I hadn’t seen a lot of mosaic photos, so I downloaded the pictures from Taobao, then published the the pictures to our Alibaba . Several days went by before I received the first inquiry from Alibaba.
Third, This was my first order from this product and the profit was better. The inquiry was from Australia. The customer, who’s name is John, needed 100sqm of this diamond. I quoted John based on this cost, but he said our price is too high and if it was possible to lower the price. I talked with our boss Mr. Owen, and he let me lower the price. Finally he accepted the price, but he needed one sample to confirm. He paid the deposit after he had already received for the sample for a long time. I was worried that he wasn’t satisfied with our sample. When I finally got this order, I was so happy.
Later, I got a lot of small orders for this diamond mosaic tile from Aliexpress and Stonecontact.
